I’ve been dabbling with sepia watercolour sketches of late and I’m really enjoying the looseness of the exercise. It’s fun to create simple landscapes from my imagination and paint them in a single colour.
Painting is a hobby for me so if I’m busy at my regular job for long periods of time, watercolour and oil painting get put on hold for a while. Lately I’ve had the chance to sit down and paint again and it’s a simple pleasure that means more to me the older I get. Some of what I’ve been painting lately is now available for purchase online. Feel free to let me know what you think. Here’s the link to my online shop:
A morning well-spent.
Caught this coyote looking down a hole for his supper. These shots were the happy result.
Took a ride on Sunday and came across this prairie chicken crossing the road. Why did he cross the road? No idea. But I crossed his path on my way to the photo on the right.
Mom was out looking for supper, so these little guys came out to play and I happened to be the lucky bystander with a camera.
